Embedding our values and principles
We’ve developed our corporate values and principles together as a company and expressed them in our Vantage Towers value compass.
The value compass is designed to help our employees make the right ethical and legal decisions. We firmly believe that honesty, accountability and teamwork must always form the basis of the actions we take to meet our goals.
All of us – our Vantage Towers Management Board, our Executive Committee and all managers and employees are asked to adhere to internal rules and applicable regulations. This expectation applies group-wide to all Vantage Towers affiliates and their employees accordingly.

If we discover any misconduct or potential violation of our Code of Conduct, policies or the law, we don’t hesitate to act.
Our Speak Up whistleblowing policy
This policy is a core component of good corporate governance that helps ensure sustainable, ethical behaviour across our business. The whistleblowing process is crucial for alerting us at an early stage of any detrimental risk, misconduct or compliance & integrity violation.
We take every good faith whistleblowing report seriously and protect whistle-blowers and other parties involved against dismissal, reprisal, or any other form of discrimination. We also ensure the highest level of protection and confidentiality in any event. If applicable local law provides for a right of the whistleblower to decide whether to report anonymously or by name, we will ensure that such rights are safeguarded.
We encourage everyone to report any substantiated suspicion or evidence of an assumed violation by using our Speak Up tool.
