FY2025 marked a significant step forward in integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations into our strategic decision-making.
Sustainability is a core strategic and regulatory priority, driven by rising expectations from our investors and regulators. In FY25, Vantage Towers transitioned to a clear and cohesive ESG strategy, completing its first group wide materiality assessment and establishing a decarbonisation roadmap. This marks an important milestone, laying the foundation for our sustainability journey while caring for people, communities, and the broader value chain.

CARE serves as the foundation for how we operate, engage, and make decisions. They embed our ESG commitments into our culture, including how we manage impacts, manage risks and opportunities, align with our corporate strategy, and uphold our purpose as a responsible business leader.
Connectivity focuses on serving communities and bringing people closer by expanding access to digital infrastructure, particularly in underserved and remote areas. It includes engaging openly with stakeholders, fostering innovation through partnerships, enabling digital inclusion, supporting smart working, and expanding local community investment projects.

Accountability reflects our commitment to building long lasting and honest partnerships, integrating ESG considerations into business decisions, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. It includes working closely with suppliers and customers, enhancing positive impact across the value chain, and exploring technical improvements while maintaining strong health and safety standards and ethical conduct.

Resilience means recognising the environmental impacts of our operations and reducing them through renewable energy, energy efficiency, and sustainable construction practices. It also includes building climate resilient infrastructure, protecting biodiversity, and using resources responsibly and efficiently to support the transition to a lower carbon network.
