Built-to-suit
Our built-to-suit assets are bespoke, cost-effective and enable you to extend your network to wherever it’s needed.
Where colocation is not suitable or possible, customers may instead require the building of entirely new physical infrastructure.
Whatever type of asset you require – from ground-based and rooftop macro sites, to small cell and distributed antenna system (DAS) solutions – our built-to-suit services are built on industry-leading expertise and comprehensive, end-to-end execution.
The six steps of a built-to-suit solution
1. Site location
We help you select the optimal location based on cost, timing, radio suitability, proximity to intended demographic and other key criteria.
2. Site planning
We survey the site and draw up plans that encompass everything from mast location to power supply.
3. Site permissions
We ensure that the relevant permissions are agreed with the relevant authorities, to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
4. Site build
We oversee the commissioning and build of the asset, ensuring that everything is built to the exacting specifications you and the local authorities demand.
5. Site install
We install every vital component, from power supply to cooling system to shelter, providing a durable, reliable setting for your antennas and other assets.
6. Site maintenance
We maintain and operate the site 24/7, 365 days a year, making sure your asset is able to deliver the best possible connectivity, with minimal downtime, across a maximised lifecycle.
Secondary services
