
I opted to sell Vantage Towers the bit of land that the mast was on, maybe a little more than 100 square metres. I have a dry stock farm here and it really had no impact on my farming operation or my overall land holding.
I considered two options for what I could do with the equity release from the sale - I could have bought land and planted trees with the equity release and perhaps that would have given me a payout, but I didn't know how long it might be.
My other option was to pay off my mortgage and take it handy for the rest of my life, so that's the option went with.
